Mr. Peklenk has provided construction management for multi-million dollar projects with full responsibility for planning and scheduling, finance, coordination, and construction. In over 45 years in the industry, he has managed residential, commercial, industrial, and development projects. Other aspects of Mr. Peklenk’s career include:

  • Managed a full discipline engineering concern in the industrial market, including projects overseas.
  • Experience includes business and operations management, accounting and finance, personnel management, and dispute resolution.
  • Member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and has well over a decade of experience as an arbitrator and as a mediator.
  • Has experience in claims preparation for many cases and provides expert testimony along with those efforts.
  • Earned the top graduate position while getting a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
  • Holds a license for General Contracting in North Carolina
  • South Carolina General Contractors License #121136.
  • Holds a Residential Property Inspection License in North Carolina
  • Held the position of Director of Construction and Project Manager for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Has technical skills which include a full working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as site construction.
  • Has significant experience in Project scheduling and considerable computer training in Primavera Project Planner, Suretrak, MS Project, CSI Estimating, MS Access, MS Word, ACT Contact Management, Excel, MS Power Point and Windows.

Ms. Williams has over 41 years of experience in the construction industry. She has held positions in her career such as Office Manager, Accounting Administrator, Controller, Senior Claims Specialist, Corporate Secretary and Vice President. Her area of expertise is in general commercial construction accounting and finance, forensic accounting, construction claims, office management and administration. Her experience includes accounting for multi-million dollar commercial projects with hundreds of employees, and significant equipment inventories. She managed finances for a construction materials business as well. Her construction market segments included work such as hospitals, education, sports complexes, office towers, corporate offices, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail.
